The following sites have been migrated to Exchange Online in M365:
- Galways Downs
- Carlsbad Windmill
- Fallbrook
The following sites are scheduled to be migrated on the following date:
- The Retreat - 3/9/2022
- The Orchard - 3/11/2022
For the sites that have been migrated:
- Each user has their own M365 user account, which is synced from local AD.
- Each user is licensed with M365 Business Premium.
- Each user now has their own email address.
- Based on their role, their personal mailbox has full access rights to the Sales, Planning, and GM mailboxes.
- The Sales Planning, and GM Mailboxes have been migrated to M365 as Shared Mailboxes.
Any sites not listed here are still on the on-premise exchange server.
