1. Open Internet explore

2. Go to http://erpcustomer.epicor.com

3. Logon using your Epicor credentials

4. Once logged in go to Support/File Center/Download

6. Click on the 12.x Downloads

7. Next click on Current 12.x Build Release

10. Download the following and run

11. Crystal.exe (place the executed file in the following directory H:\Install\Epicor\)

12. Help.exe (place the executed file in the following directory H:\Install\Epicor\)

13. P21.exe (place the executed file in the following directory H:\Install\Epicor\)

14. SQl.exe (place the executed file in the following directory \\RCP-SQL\P21Scripts)

15. Need to build this out a bit more

16. Element (place the executed file in the following directory H:\Install\Epicor\Element)

17.  Once you downloaded everything RDP to RCP-SQL

18. Use your network credentials (domain admin) and/or (server operator)

22. Go to Start

23. Type in the Search Field “sql32.exe”

25. Select “P21 Live” for the Database profile

26. Click on Connect

27.  

28. Select the P21Scripts folder (make sure the SQL file you downloaded is in here)

29. Run all scripts it says (there will be a number)

31. Next copy the all copy and paste the following (make sure they are unzipped)

32. P21.exe to C:\Program Files (x86)\Activant\Prophet 21 12.1

33. Crystal.exe to C:\Program Files (x86)\Activant\Prophet 21 12.1\Reports

34. Help.exe to C:\Program Files (x86)\Activant\Prophet 21 12.1

35. Open P21 and test
