***TROUBLESHOOTING*** - If you just installed a new copy, as in going from 2021 to 2022 and the client does does not import or prompt you to import. After installing it can be done manually.
- Launch CFS
- Select Utilities
- Select “Import Payroll System 202X Clients/Payees/Labels”
- Verified the “import to” matches the new database path and the “import from” matches the prior year database path. By default it will auto select and should be right.
- Select Next
- Select Select All
- Finish
- Once done have end user open, the app to verify. This will import all demographic data (names, social security numbers, address ect) but not any tax forms.
