PURPOSE
The purpose of the “White Glove” Smart Tag is to allow for easy identification of clients considered “At-Risk”.
POLICY
The “White Glove” Smart Tag should be applied when a team member feels the client is “At-Risk” for any reason.
GUIDELINES
The “White Glove” smart tag is applied when:
- There is a CAPA ticket being worked, and issues need to be reviewed carefully for a fit.
- There is an active high-impact issue that requires a P1 Technical Swarm.
- There is a relationship issue with the client.
- There is a high-impact project that is disrupting business.
Who can apply the Smart Tag?
- Account Executives
Who can request the Smart Tag?
- vITM or vCIO
- All other requests should be funneled through the vITM or vCIO for awareness
·How long should a “White Glove” Tag be applied?
- Needs to be reviewed bi-weekly during the vCIO and vITM meetings
Who can remove the Smart Tag?
- Account Executives
