PURPOSE

The purpose of the “White Glove” Smart Tag is to allow for easy identification of clients considered “At-Risk”.

POLICY

The “White Glove” Smart Tag should be applied when a team member feels the client is “At-Risk” for any reason.

GUIDELINES

The “White Glove” smart tag is applied when:

  • There is a CAPA ticket being worked, and issues need to be reviewed carefully for a fit.
  • There is an active high-impact issue that requires a P1 Technical Swarm.
  • There is a relationship issue with the client.
  • There is a high-impact project that is disrupting business.

Who can apply the Smart Tag?

  • Account Executives

Who can request the Smart Tag?

  • vITM or vCIO
  • All other requests should be funneled through the vITM or vCIO for awareness

·How long should a “White Glove” Tag be applied?

  • Needs to be reviewed bi-weekly during the vCIO and vITM meetings

Who can remove the Smart Tag?

  • Account Executives
